17 Jun 2009, 21:28Yes, it is worth the time… I was in the same boat as you… was found through crags list and was led to this site… I’ve won some competitions and even had one of my ads turned into an actual TV commercial. So, again, YES it is worth it armeeuff1. :D

04 Mai 2009, 23:52Fake accounts, spammers, black book? Geesh. I applied for a job on Craig’s List in Georgia (U.S.) and got an excellent reply, but it led me to here…a series of contests? Well, I am creative and can do video, but then I read this (comments below)while still checking out the site. Is this all worth it? I mean, do alot of people put alot of time into making a video, only to have someone cheat, steal the prize and getaway with it? I haven’t got the time for that kind of nonsense.

Fake accounts and irregular votes were not checked at the end of Jones Soda contest… but I HOPE Zooppa US Staff will pay more attention on the next contest’s results. Please Felipe, keep going and don’t say good bye to Zooppa. It would be a victory for unfair players.

Running is not enough… I think I have to fly …in the speed of light … but with two small children and a company for caring is very difficult. I know exactly what you feel on the Jones contest. This is what I’m feeling on the Brooks contest. That is why I am giving up to disseminate my work. Probably these were the last work I do in Zooppa. I realized that is not the best work they earn. Those who win are those leaving distributing 20 stars and spammer for all. Or those who create fake accounts (how can someone who is first to have so many votes and so few comments?) Irony or not, I think your black book is working well … :-) after that message, I had no more votes in any of my work. But I think is not your fault. Maybe my work really does not deserve to be among the first … by the way, yet not congratulate you for another award that you won. So my Friend, Congratulations. Peace and respect always. :-D Bye…

I did not understand well your comment, english is easyer to me, but I will try to answer. Contrary to what you said is not always that I invite someone to view my videos. I know you are sad to have lost your placement to the Simon1 video (which is also a great video) in Jones contest, in terms of the disclosure that Simon did. So, I think you can understand my point of view. Surely you’ve read there: “20/20! Visit my work Nature is …” because it is so everywhere. If I do nothing, it will be unfair competition. So I decided to do something instead of just being complaining. But even then, I did not go out there distributing spamm with 20 stars to get good votes. I believe that my videos are very good, and I had much work to produce them. I can not let all this work is in vain, for lack of disclosure. So here I am wasting time, commenting, voting and sometimes asking to see my videos when I think it will be nice. About voting on your works, I give how many stars I think it necessary and fair, as I do for all other work in the Zooppa. And before you write this comment in the page of my video, I had already voted in all your works, usually with many stars, because you are a talented artist, with great works, worthy of the awards won. May need only a small disclosure, that will not quite work, because your network is quite large and much greater than mine. I think the level of your works are far above this thread on spamm, and I think you should not bother much with it. As for the black book, each does what it think the correct. I hope you overcome this defeat and this bad feeling, and it provides some learning. Good luck to us all my friend.
